JCB 3TS-8T Front & Bottom Roller Details
Front Roller – Part #332/P5845 (Dual Flange)
This is the aftermarket replacement front track roller for the JCB 3TS-8T compact track loader. There is only one front roller per side, located directly behind the front idler.
This is a dual-flange (outside guide) roller and does not have a center guide flange. It rides on the outside of the rubber track guiding system and is not interchangeable with bottom rollers.
Bottom Rollers – Part #332/P5844 (Triple Flange)
Part number 332/P5844 is the aftermarket replacement bottom track roller for JCB compact track loaders. These rollers come fully assembled and are ready for direct bolt-on installation.
This is a triple-flange bottom roller featuring a center guide flange that runs down the middle of the rubber track to maintain alignment and prevent de-tracking.
Depending on the machine configuration:
- Smaller models typically use 3 bottom rollers per side
- Larger models may use up to 4 bottom rollers per side
Always inspect your entire undercarriage and verify roller type and quantity before ordering.
Important Identification Note
The front roller and bottom rollers are different designs:
- Front Roller: Dual flange, rides on outer guides only
- Bottom Rollers: Triple flange with center guide
Installing the wrong roller type can lead to improper track alignment and premature wear.
