Returns Policy
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
Non-Defective Returns
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging to qualify for return. All non-defective return requests must be made within 90 days of delivery.
Returns due to customer error (including but not limited to incorrect item ordered, no longer needed, or wrong application) are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all applicable return shipping and freight costs.
Condition & Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds for items that:
- Show signs of use, installation, or wear
- Are damaged after delivery
- Are missing components or original packaging
Freight Damage vs. Manufacturer Defect
- Freight Damage: Any damage that occurs during transit must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Failure to document freight damage at delivery may result in denial of the claim. Customers must report freight damage promptly and provide supporting documentation for carrier claims.
- Manufacturer Defect: Verified defects in materials or workmanship are eligible for replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery. If a defect is identified, contact us immediately to begin the replacement process. Delayed reporting may impact eligibility for replacement.
Required Documentation
To process any return or replacement, the following is required:
- Serial numbers (if applicable)
- Clear photos of the item and the issue

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider.
