At United Skid Tracks, we stand behind the products we sell. Warranty coverage varies by product type. Please review the applicable terms below.
UST Aftermarket Rubber Track Warranty
United Skid Tracks aftermarket rubber tracks are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
Coverage Details
- Full replacement coverage is provided for the first 200 operating hours for eligible manufacturing defects.
- After 200 operating hours, warranty coverage is prorated based on hours used for the remainder of the 24-month warranty period.
If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, United Skid Tracks will provide a replacement track, subject to the applicable warranty coverage.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper installation
- Incorrect application or machine fitment
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Abnormal operating conditions
- Normal wear and tear
Bridgestone Rubber Track Warranty
Bridgestone rubber tracks purchased through United Skid Tracks are backed by a 12-month or 1,000-operating-hour limited warranty, whichever comes first.
Coverage: Eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper application.
Warranty Type: Non-prorated, subject to applicable warranty terms and exclusions.
United Skid Tracks assists customers with Bridgestone warranty claims. All claims are subject to inspection, verification, and approval.
Exclusions
The Bridgestone warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper installation
- Incorrect application or machine fitment
- Lack of proper undercarriage maintenance
- Damage caused by abnormal operating conditions
The standard UST 24-month aftermarket rubber track warranty does not apply to Bridgestone rubber tracks.
Discounted Rubber Tracks - AS-IS / FINAL SALE
ALL DISCOUNTED RUBBER TRACKS ARE SOLD AS-IS, FINAL SALE, WITH NO WARRANTY AND NO RETURNS.
Discounted Rubber Tracks may include open-box inventory, customer returns, like-new tracks, never-installed tracks, or previously installed inventory.
Each discounted rubber track is individually listed, and condition may vary from track to track.
Customers should carefully review the actual product photographs, condition description, track size, tread pattern, and machine compatibility before purchasing.
No Warranty
Discounted Rubber Tracks are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY. Neither the standard UST aftermarket warranty nor the Bridgestone warranty applies to discounted inventory.
Final Sale - No Returns
All Discounted Rubber Track purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns under UST's standard return policy.
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that differs from its advertised listing, please contact UST customer service so the issue can be reviewed.
Undercarriage Parts Warranty
United Skid Tracks undercarriage components are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
This warranty covers undercarriage parts that become unserviceable in their intended application due to a verified manufacturer defect.
If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, United Skid Tracks will provide a replacement part.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper installation
- Incorrect application or machine fitment
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Abnormal operating conditions
- Normal wear and tear
General Warranty Terms
- All warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with our Warranty Claim Submission Requirements.
- United Skid Tracks reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims prior to approval.
- Warranty coverage is limited to replacement of the defective product only and does not include labor, downtime, or any additional costs.
- Warranty coverage is non-transferable.
- Discounted Rubber Tracks are excluded from warranty coverage and are sold AS-IS, FINAL SALE, with no warranty and no returns.
