Warranty Policy
Rubber Track Warranty
United Skid Tracks rubber tracks are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, and apply to the original purchaser only.
Coverage Details:
- Full replacement coverage is provided for the first 200 operating hours.
- After 200 hours, warranty coverage is prorated based on hours used for the remainder of the 24-month warranty period.
If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, United Skid Tracks will provide a replacement track.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper installation
- Incorrect application or machine fitment
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Abnormal operating conditions
- Normal wear and tear
Undercarriage Parts Warranty
United Skid Tracks undercarriage components are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, and apply to the original purchaser only.
This warranty covers undercarriage parts that become unserviceable in their intended application due to a verified manufacturer defect.
If a manufacturer defect is confirmed, United Skid Tracks will provide a replacement part.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper installation
- Incorrect application or machine fitment
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Abnormal operating conditions
- Normal wear and tear
General Warranty Terms
- All warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with our Warranty Claim Submission Requirements.
- United Skid Tracks reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims prior to approval.
- Warranty coverage is limited to replacement of the defective product only and does not include labor, downtime, or any additional costs.
- This warranty is non-transferable.
