Shipping & Returns
We ship to all lower 48 states in the U.S. Our tracks are shipped from warehouses across the country to ensure consistent and reliable delivery. Shipping is free on all orders to commercial addresses, and in most cases orders are delivered within 2-3 business days of ordering. Commercial addresses are preferred, but not required, because of possible complications when shipping to a residential address. Our carriers often need to schedule appointments when delivering to residential addresses, and this can extend delivery times.
Non-defective returns must be unused, uninstalled, and returned within 2 weeks of delivery. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all non-defective returns and the buyer is responsible for any applicable shipping charges.
Please check your order for any defects upon arrival. Defective parts and tracks will be replaced at no additional charge. If defects are found, please Contact Us immediately so that we can collect necessary information to process the exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
