Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States
Our tracks are shipped from warehouses across the country to ensure consistent and reliable delivery. Shipping is free on all orders to commercial addresses in the lower 48 states, and in most cases, orders are delivered within 2–3 business days of ordering.
Commercial addresses are preferred, but not required, due to possible complications when shipping to residential addresses. Our carriers often need to schedule appointments when delivering to residential locations, which can extend delivery times.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat rate of $450 per pallet applies. This rate includes delivery to a main freight terminal in the destination state for customer pickup. Please feel free to contact customer service to inquire which terminals are available in your area.
Returns Policy
Non-defective returns must be unused, uninstalled, and returned within 90 days of delivery.
Please check your order for any defects upon arrival. Defective parts and tracks will be replaced at no additional charge. If defects are found, please Contact Us immediately so that we can collect necessary information to process the exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
