This tension idler assembly comes fully assembled with the bearings and mounting arms included, exactly as shown in the product image. It installs directly onto the tensioner for simple, reliable replacement.
The idler guides the rubber track smoothly in and out of the track rollers. It also helps support the machine’s weight intermittently while maintaining proper control of track slack and tension. When additional tension is needed, adding grease to the tensioner forces this idler outward, tightening the track.
Built to meet original Takeuchi specifications, this idler provides dependable performance and long service life for your TB025 mini excavator.
