Our Bobcat T630 rear idler meet OEM specifications, ensuring reliable fit and performance. These tension idler assemblies feature durable double lip seals that prevent dirt and debris from entering while retaining lubrication for long-lasting operation.
If your track tensioner is fully extended and there’s still slack, a worn idler is likely the cause and should be replaced. If your rubber track is de-tracking from the rear then this is likely the issue. Changing worn idlers adds significant tension adjustments back to the track. Sometimes it appears the track is stretching but the reality is the idlers are wearing down and you are losing tension on the track. For optimal performance and longer undercarriage lifespan, we recommend checking all undercarriage components during routine maintenance and replacing worn part together.
